Recently my position as a Senior Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative was outsourced to a contract company.  At 63 and unemployed I am free to pursue my American Dream through assisting others with their Real Estate needs.  I do BUY, SELL and RENT Real Estate, so let me work for you!

I am a family man with a wife and three daughters who are 15 - 17 years of age.
I am a NC Notary Public, and possess a NC Real Estate Broker License.
I have been investing in Real Estate for over 35 years.

Properties owned vary: Raleigh Court Mobile Home Park, Daniels, WV; three houses and two vacant lots within a block of Marshall University; two condominiums (an Efficiency and 3 bedroom) at Snowshoe Resort; a Post Office in Sharples, WV; an Efficiency Condo at Breakers Boutique Resort in Myrtle Beach; Time Shares in Myrtle Beach and New Orleans; and various rental properties (houses and condos) in the Davie, Forsyth and Guilford counties.

I am not your typical Realtor.  I pay CASH and close usually within 10 working days on properties I purchase.  Houses can be in ANY condition, however they must be in an area that I am willing to live in.  From my personal Real Estate IRA, I am willing to instruct it's Administrator to lend money to other investors as well as purchase real estate for my retirement portfolio.
